Stockyard Announces New Menu & A New Chef in Town
Brighton, MA(STOCKYARD RESTAURANT)May 28, 2008 After taking the helm of the kitchen in February 2008, new Executive chef Steven Brady has implemented some subtle changes to the Stockyard menu, which are wells worth mentioning. "The house favorites that we are known for remain, such as the prime rib and the lobster pie, but Chef Steven has added several new items to the menu, which we certainly feel will soon become popular items." said Mark Manning, President and owner of The Stockyard. "We have realized that we need to keep our menu fresh and polished." said David Casey, General Manager.

The original concept of Cornelius & Lillian Manning, the traditions and concept are continued with brothers Mark Manning and Neil Manning who currently operate the restaurant. Stockyard Announces Brand New Renovations and Web-Site
(Brighton, MA) Lillian, Neil and Mark Manning, long-time proprietors of the Stockyard Restaurant in Brighton, MA, are pleased to announce the completion of major renovations at the Stockyard's 135 Market Street location, as well as the release of a brand new web-site, stockyardrestaurant.com.
Renovations include a completely remodeled entrance and a freshly updated Private Dining Room. The Stockyard also boasts a new Café Room--the restaurant's contemporary take on an a European tradition.
With the launch of a new web-site, the Manning's hope to provide a variety of information to new and long-time customers alike. The site features an easy-to-read menu, more than thirty original photographs, and details about the restaurant's history.
The Stockyard first opened its doors in 1971 and has since gone through numerous updates and renovations to accommodate the increasing number of customers who visit from around the world to sample some of the area's freshest seafood and beef dishes.
The restaurant is also known for its unique decor, including a mahogany bar that was once owned by Al Capone, a vintage jukebox, and an assortment of local sports memorabilia.
